DELIVERY

All orders are sent with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details attached.

Our turn around time from the day you place your order is 1-2 working days.

All orders within Central Coast and Newcastle take approximately 2 working days to arrive.
All other states and regions please allow 7-10 working days.

If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us at sales@tinturride.com.au

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full refund or exchange on all orders if returned within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase, just let us know what you’re returning and what you’d like in exchange. Your toddler tint must be in mint condition, with no signs of use. Just send us an email if you need to take us up on this (sales@tinturride.com.au). To exchange your item, it is at a small cost of $7.50 and you will need to pay for postage.

DAMAGED ITEM

If your order arrives and your toddler tint is damaged or faulty, just Contact Us within 17 days of purchase to organise a replacement, quick smart! If the item is damaged or faulty then we will pay the freight.

INSTALLATION HELP

We provide you with installation instructions and have You Tube Resources. Please read the instructions carefully before attempting to install your Toddler Tint. Sorry we do not refund or exchange for incorrectly cut or fitted tints. For your peace of mind, you may wish to have your toddler tint installed at our Belmont or West Gosford stores for an additional fee.
